Biography: Fonda Dawn Kubiak graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College in 1991 where she earned her B.A. in History. As a part of her undergraduate study, Fonda Kubiak was a participant in the Ithaca College Study Abroad program in London, England, as well as a recipient of the Emerson Scholarship for Academic Achievement, and the David W. Sass Scholarship for her distinguished achievement in History. In 1994, Kubiak earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. She has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York since 1995.
Since her admittance, Kubiak has worked hard to develop a strong reputation in the legal community. Kubiak worked for several years at the well known Buffalo law firm, where she managed a busy real estate practice as well as successfully represented numerous State and Federal criminal defendants. In 2003, Ms. Kubiak successfully made the transition to solo practice becoming sole proprietor of Fonda Dawn Kubiak, Esq. Attorney at Law, located in downtown Buffalo. Recently, Kubiak founded The Kubiak Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Kubiak prides herself on a solid reputation for providing the highest quality legal services in a broad range of legal areas. Her firm is founded upon the principle that a lawyer's primary functions are to protect the honor and rights of clients by resolving legal problems in the most efficient manner possible. Kubiak currently represents clients in a variety of fields, including State and Federal Criminal Defense, Real Estate, and general practice law.
